A stretch spandex leg garter with a heart-shaped metal detail on the front. It is one strap and one idea, and it does that idea well. Black, hot pink, purple, red or white.
The spandex is ruched and stretches to fit, so it stays put through a set on the floor. Slide it up over a thigh with a bikini or shorts. The hot pink is pure Barbie and Y2K, and the red one was made for Valentine's and Cupid.
