You may share a bank statement, a mailbox or a phone screen with someone who doesn't need to know. Every touchpoint is designed for that.

Your card statement

Charges appear as PS APPAREL. Not the brand name, not a product name. This is the one thing we control end to end, so it's the one thing we promise.

Delivery

To your home, before you fly. Nothing ships to a resort or a ship. Mexican customs require a recipient tax ID that resorts can't provide, so plan on ordering with your trip in mind. Every product shows its order-by date.

Accounts

Guest checkout is the default. An account is optional and only ever for tracking your own orders.

The box

Orders ship from our suppliers' US warehouses in their own packaging, so we can't promise what the outside looks like. Nothing we send says what's inside.

Email

A neutral sender name and plain subject lines by default. The voice lives inside the email, not on the envelope.

We don't ask for them. Ever.
