Shipping

We ship to US addresses only for now. Everything is picked by us and shipped from our partners' US warehouses. We can't promise a date, so we tell you the range and the slowest case instead.

How long it usually takes

Usually 4 to 11 days to your door, including the warehouse getting it packed. Up to 14 days at the outside. Every product and every parcel in your cart shows its own range.

Travelling?

Order when you book, not the week before. Allow three weeks and you'll never think about it again.

If it hasn't shipped in 7 days

Cancel for a full refund, no questions. That's the one delivery promise we can keep, because it's about us, not the carrier.

Tracking

You get the tracking number by email the moment it ships, and updates until it lands.

More than one parcel

Items come from different partners, so an order can arrive as more than one parcel. Your cart tells you before you pay, and each parcel shows its own range.

Nothing ships to a venue

Resorts in Mexico can't receive parcels for guests (customs require a recipient tax ID), and cruise ships have no delivery. Everything goes to your home first.

Free shipping

Orders over $75 ship free. When an order splits into more than one parcel, that's still one free-shipping threshold, not one per parcel.
