A plain lycra leg garter that sits high on the thigh. It comes in sixteen colours, from black and white through neon green, lime and turquoise, plus leopard and zebra. Buy one or wear three.
The spandex stretches to one size and the garter clip lets you hook a stocking to it. Pick a neon for a Neon and Glow night, or the leopard for something closer to 80s Retro.
