About this piece
A pleated tennis skirt with a high waistband, flared through the pleats, in black, white, green or brown. It is an actual sports skirt, cut to move. That is exactly why it works as a costume piece.
The fabric is a nylon, polyester and spandex mix with stretch, and the waistband is elastic, so it stays put. Sizes run XS to L. White is the Country Club uniform; the green or brown with tube socks is pure 80s Retro.
