Plain opaque knee highs in thirteen colours, from black and coffee through to neon green and fuchsia. They stop at the knee, which is the length that works with almost every skirt. Nothing clever about them, just solid colour.
One size, in nylon, and opaque enough to read as colour rather than shadow. Wear the neutrals under a costume, or let the brighter shades anchor a Neon and Glow or Barbie and Y2K look.
