An iridescent dress with a pouf hem and a green and purple fan tail attached at the back. The colour shifts as you turn. The choker and the feathered hat come with it.
The back laces up so the fit can be pulled in, and the tail sits high enough to clear a crowd. It suits Mardi Gras and Carnival nights and reads well in a Burlesque and Cabaret room.
