About this piece
A garter trimmed in marabou feathers with a satin bow on top. It is a puff of plush around the thigh, in five colourways from black and pink to all white. Nothing about it is practical, which is the point.
Wear it over stockings or bare, high on the leg; the stockings are not part of the deal. It suits a Burlesque and Cabaret night, a bridal send-off, or anything with a garter toss. The feathers are soft and they move.
