A witch with a cabaret streak. Bustier on top, tutu skirt below, pointed hat on last. Black with turquoise running through it.
The bustier holds the waist and the tutu gives the hem some lift, with bloomers underneath and ribbons for the shoes. It suits Burlesque and Cabaret as much as it does Halloween. Hosiery is not included.
