A long black dress with sharp, padded shoulders, an open mid-section held together by straps, and a front slit that runs high. It walks in like it has somewhere to be. Long sleeves keep the top half severe while the middle and the leg do something else entirely.
The structured shoulders hold their shape and the straps across the midriff keep the open section from gaping. Floor-length with a slit means it moves, so wear it somewhere with room to walk. A Black and White night is where it belongs, and it would not look out of place at a Formal and Gala either.
