Black fishnet stockings with a wide lace band at the top and a silicone strip set inside it. The silicone grips, so they stay where you put them with no garter belt in the picture. Plain black net, nothing decorative competing with it.
One size band, Extra Small to Medium. The lace top sits high enough on the thigh to show under a short hem if you want it seen. Leather and Lace is the obvious night for them, and they read just as well on a Black and White dress code.
