About this piece
A full-length white petticoat in sheer fabric. It gives a skirt or dress volume from the waist to the floor and reads as a cloud of white when it moves. On its own, it is a see-through skirt.
One size. Wear it under a gown to fill it out, or over a bodysuit as the whole bottom half. It is the obvious base for a White Party and holds up at Black and White with a dark top.
