Velvet with a pattern embossed into the pile, cut as a triangle top and tie-side bottoms. The pattern shows up as texture rather than colour, so it reads expensive from a distance. Black, purple or turquoise.
Tie sides adjust, the velvet stretches, and it comes in One Size. It layers well under a mesh skirt if you want more of an outfit. Aztec and Incan for the pattern, Mermaids and Deep Sea for the turquoise.
