A harness top in sheer neon mesh, with straps that do the shaping and mesh that fills the gaps. It is bright enough to find in a crowd. Neon hot pink or neon yellow.
The straps adjust so the fit is yours to set, and the mesh breathes when the room does not. Layer it over a bra for a Neon and Glow night, or match it to the skater skirt in the same mesh for a full 80s Retro set. Sizes Small/Medium through 2XL.
