A seamless opaque halter dress cut with slashes front and back, worn with matching slash-front stockings on attached garters. It covers and reveals in the same move. Black, and blunt about it.
Adjustable ties at the neck set the fit, and the whole thing runs one size with the garters already in place. The slashes fall open when you move and close when you stop. Built for a Black and White night.
