About this piece
A corset bustier dress in black and white stripes, off the shoulder and flared through the skirt. The wrap headband and thong come with it. Pirate, but cut for a dance floor.
Polyester with a little spandex, semi fitted, and the skirt keeps moving after you stop. Good for a Burlesque and Cabaret night, or a Cosplay and Fantasy party. Fishnets and boots are not part of it.
