About this piece
A burgundy velvet romper with puffed sleeves attached at the shoulder, worn under an embellished waist cincher. A headband and a sword come with it. It is the pirate look done in velvet rather than leather.
The velvet is soft and follows the body, and the cincher pulls the waist in over the top. Small, medium and large, in burgundy and beige. Made for Halloween, and the cincher and sleeves carry it into Burlesque and Cabaret.
