About this piece
A pleated turquoise mini dress with a cape attached at the shoulders. The bodice is shirred, so it holds close before the skirt goes anywhere. Wings and a wreath are included.
Bodycon through the middle with pleats that catch the light, and the cape moves on its own behind you. Good for an Angels and Devils night, or a Saints and Sinners one, depending on the evening.
