About this piece
Turquoise that turns purple in the light, with a halter top over high waist bottoms. The finish is holographic, so it changes as you move. Ruched fabric keeps it from looking flat.
The fabric stretches and the halter ties at the neck, so the fit is yours to set. High waist bottoms sit above the hip. Mermaids and Deep Sea is the obvious home, and it belongs on a Blue and Ocean night.
