About this piece
A high neck triangle top in wet look black, fastened with a gold O-ring at the front, over a skirted garter belt hung with fringe. The garters come attached to it. Very little fabric, doing a lot of work.
Available in Small and Medium, with the gold hardware as the only bright point. The fringe was made for a Foam Party, and the set carries Halloween without any props at all.
