About this piece
A wet look referee dress with white binding tracing every seam. The faux front belt and the attached garters keep the lines busy. A matching hair bow and a whistle come with it.
Wet look sits close to the body and the garters are there if you want to add hosiery. Sizes run 1X through 4X. Halloween ready, and the stripes drop it straight into a Black and White night.
