About this piece
A tulle glitter dress with green ruffles and four leaf clovers printed throughout. It catches light from every angle without going metallic. The choker and arm puffs come with it.
Tulle keeps it airy and the ruffles hold their shape through a long night. Sizes run 1X through 5X. A Halloween piece, and the black base gives it a place at a Black and White night.
