An orange crop top with a neck cut out and a shirred collar, worn over a red wet look pleated skirt. The two colours clash on purpose. It arrives as a full look rather than a starting point.
The wet look pleats hold their shape and the crop top has give across the shoulders. The wig, glasses and thigh highs are all included. Sizes run 1X through 5X, and it works for Halloween or an Office Affair night.
