About this piece
A crushed velvet spandex jacket with a faux button up vest built in and lace ruffles at the sleeve. Striped spandex shorts go underneath. Tea party, running late.
Crushed velvet has depth and the spandex keeps it moving, and the velvet hat, neck tie and gloves come with it. Sizes run 1X through 5X. A Halloween staple that rewards a bit of face paint.
