Sea blue and iridescent white crystal flakes in a clear gel. Light, cold and reflective, closer to broken ice than glitter. Wet on, set in about a minute.
The flakes go on face, body or hair and stay put once the gel dries. Best across cheekbones or a collarbone. Made for Mermaids and Deep Sea, and it works for Metallic and Holographic.
