A long sheer skirt that opens down the front, hung from a metallic waistband that does the shining. It comes in black with silver or in hot pink. The sheer length trails; the waistband flashes. That is the whole trick, and it works.
It is an overlayer, so wear it across a bikini or a bra and shorts. Sizes run Small to Large. Hot pink lands it on Barbie and Y2K; the black and silver version is Metallic and Holographic all the way. Top and bottom are not included.
