A two-piece set: a high waist garter belt in sheer black spandex and a pair of sheer stockings to clip into it. The belt sits at the waist rather than the hip, which changes the line of the whole leg. Simple, and it does its job.
The spandex stretches and the straps adjust, so one size covers most people. It goes under a dress or skirt for the day as easily as it stands alone at home. A Pin-up and Boudoir foundation, and a Lingerie and Sleepwear staple.
