Flag print in navy and red, cut as a two piece and finished with lace along every edge. A bow marks the centre of the top. The halter tie adjusts to wherever you want it.
The lace trim softens the print, which is the only soft thing about it. Sizes S, M and L. Americana with a Nautical and Sailors angle, or a Red Night if the brief is stricter.
