About this piece
A shrug covered in sequins with sleeves that drop wide from the shoulder. It is a layer rather than a top, and it is meant to be seen over something else. The sleeves move whether you mean them to or not.
It is light enough to keep on all night and comes in one size, in lavender or neon yellow. Throw it over a bikini top or a bodysuit and a plain outfit turns into a Disco and Studio 54 one, or a Diamonds and Bling one.
