A mini dress with a scrunched triangle top and a crossover front. The bust is cut like a bikini top, the rest is a short dress, and the two meet in the middle. Navy, black or white.
The ruching at the bust pulls the triangles in and the crossover front does the shaping below. It is short, simple and easy. In navy or white it is straight out of a Nautical and Sailors night; in black it goes wherever you point it.
