About this piece
A cropped tie-front top with short puffed sleeves and a vinyl collar. The collar is the whole idea and it does the job on its own. Sold as the top only.
It ties at the front, so you decide how much it covers, and it pairs with a pleated skirt if you have one. Black, white, white and pink, or white and lavender, in one size. Sharp for a School and Campus night, sharper for Fetish and Latex.
