About this piece
A campus uniform costume in red and white plaid: a cropped tie-front top with tie sleeves and a ruffle skirt, pleated and flared. It reads exactly the way you think it does. Glasses and stockings are not included.
Sizes Small, Medium and Large. The top ties at the front, the skirt swings, and the whole thing takes a minute to put on. Halloween is the obvious night; School and Campus is the other.
