A pale pink ruffle dress with sleeves that sit off the shoulder, worn under a waist cincher with an overskirt attached. The ruffles run through the skirt and the cincher pulls everything in at the middle. Saloon, but the good table.
The off-shoulder neckline sits wide and the overskirt drapes over the ruffles. Sizes small to extra large. It suits a Burlesque and Cabaret night, and the silhouette comes straight out of Pin-up and Boudoir.
