About this piece
A ruffled tube top with sleeves, in black or white. The ruffles give it the pirate shirt feel; the tube cut keeps the shoulders bare. It is the top half of a costume that also works as a going-out top.
The tube cut leaves the shoulders open, and the sleeves finish the arms. White is the classic pirate shirt, black reads darker and dressier, and either holds its own at a Black and White party or on Halloween. Sizes Small to Large.
