A black pirate dress built out of ruffles, with a multi layered skirt that moves when you do. The off-shoulder neckline and the long pointed cuffs carry the whole story. Costume from across the room, dress up close.
The bodice skims the body and the mini length keeps it easy to dance in. Long tiered sleeves finish in a pointed cuff, which is what sells it on a Cosplay and Fantasy night and again at Halloween. Boots and a wide belt finish it.
