Black fishnet thigh high stockings with a ruffled top. The net is the classic open weave and the ruffle at the thigh gives it a bit of flounce. They read as burlesque from the knee up.
One size. The ruffle sits on the thigh and shows under a short skirt or a chemise hem, which is where you want it. Black and White is the night; a garter belt is optional but recommended.
