A holographic garter belt in silver and black, built around a ring at the front with fringe hanging from it. The fringe swings and the hologram shifts colour under lights. An accessory that does most of the talking.
The leg strap adjusts and four garters clip to stockings or socks, so it stays where you put it. It comes in silver and black, in small, medium and large. Made for a Neon and Glow night, and it belongs at anything Metallic and Holographic.
