All-over black net with rhinestones scattered through it, hung on tank straps. Sleeveless, open at the crotch, and lit up by whatever is overhead. Simple shape, loud finish.
One size. The straps sit flat on the shoulder, so it layers under a slip or a mesh dress without bulk. Take it out for a Sheer and Barely There night, or wear it under black on a Black and White code and let the stones show through.
