A short flared skirt in reflective fabric. In daylight it is a flat oil-slick grey; under a camera flash it goes full rainbow. The flare gives it real movement.
High waist, elastic band, A-line cut that swings when you turn. Three sizes. It belongs at a Neon and Glow night, or a Galactic and Cyber set.
