Red sequins with fringe, in two pieces. The top ties, the bottoms match, and the whole thing throws light. It is the devil costume for people who did not want to carry a pitchfork anyway.
Seventy five percent polyester with twenty five percent spandex, so it stretches. The fringe moves with you and the sequins handle the rest. Right for a Red Night, or Angels and Devils.
