About this piece
A red plaid halter piece with an attached pleated skirt and cut outs at the sides. It ties at the back of the neck and stops there. The plaid does the storytelling.
Stretch polyester holds the pleats, and the underwear comes with it, so it is two pieces total. Cut for a School and Campus night, or a Country Club one where tartan is the only rule.
