About this piece
Wet-look black PVC piped in neon yellow, which pops hard under blacklight. Star cutouts sit across the halter top, and the shorts cross over at the waist with strap detail. Fishnet fills the gaps.
The halter ties at the back, and the straps pull the waist in. Two size bands with stretch. Built for a Neon and Glow room, or a Traffic Light night.
