Petal shaped pasties covered in neon paint splatter, like something got away from a spray can. Green, pink and blue over black, all of it matte until the lights change. Then they take over.
The neon pigments react under blacklight, so they hold their own in a dark room. Each one measures 3 by 3 inches with 2.2 inches of coverage. Made for a Neon and Glow night, or a rave where the lighting does half the work.
