A neon pink smiley face caught mid-melt, with the black print dripping down. It is cheerful and slightly wrong, which is the point. Three and a half inches of it.
Glitter finish over neon pink, with a full three inches of coverage so nothing needs adjusting on a crowded floor. Peel and stick onto clean, dry skin. Made for a Foam Party, or a Neon and Glow night.
