A red sequin dress with a slit up the side, sold with a pair of purple gloves. The sequins throw light in every direction. Cartoon glamour, played completely straight.
Sized Small to XLarge, and the slit gives the skirt somewhere to move. The gloves push it past red on red. Made for Halloween, though it passes anywhere with a dress code.
