About this piece
A vinyl teddy that laces up the front through grommets, with garters running off the hips. Wet look black and navy, shiny under any light in the room. The badge is not the part doing the work here.
The vinyl has enough give to dance in and the lacing sets the waist. A belt, handcuffs and a hat come with it, so the character is finished before the door. Sized Small to XLarge, and pitched at Halloween or an Iconic Couples night.
