Biker shorts in industrial fishnet. The net is wide and sheer, so they are a layer, not a cover. Neon pink, neon yellow or black.
One Size, and the net stretches to suit. Wear them over a bodysuit or under a skirt for a line of net at the thigh. The neon versions are built for Neon and Glow, and all three carry an 80s Retro night.
