About this piece
Neon lime with a shiny finish, cut as a two piece with straps crossing the front and a halter tie at the neck. The high waist bottoms carry garter straps that clip into place. It is a lot, on purpose.
Polyester and spandex give it stretch, so the fitted cut stays put once you have tied it off. Sleeveless, with the tie sitting at the back of the neck. Built for Neon and Glow, and hard to miss at a Foam Party.
