A black vinyl skirt that flares out from the waist and catches every light in the room. Glossy and easy. It reads as liquid under neon.
The waist adjusts, so it sits where you want it; sizes Small through XX-Large. Vinyl has some weight and swings rather than clings. Wear it with a mesh top for Neon and Glow, or with chrome for Galactic and Cyber.
