A sheer mini dress in a swirl print, with a high neck and long bell sleeves that flare out at the wrist. In light blue it is airy; in dark blue it is a little more night. The sheerness runs the full length, so whatever you wear under it is part of the outfit.
The high neck keeps the top modest and the sleeves do the moving, which suits a dance floor. The mini length and the high cut through the leg keep it from being demure. Latin and Caliente is the night it was named for; a Miami-flavoured Tropical night would take it too.
